How are credits consumed during analysis?
Each analysis has a base cost of 190 credits (covering the first 3 seconds of REF audio), plus 5 credits for every additional second of REF audio length. For example, a 5-second REF audio costs 190 + 5 × 2 = 200 credits. There are no monthly subscriptions — you only pay for the compute you actually use.
How do I install the client on macOS?
Download the .dmg file, open it, and drag the "Tangai Hear System" app into your Applications folder. Because we use secure local file processing, you may need to allow the app in your macOS Privacy & Security settings on the first run.
Are my audio files and proprietary data secure?
Absolutely. The desktop client securely uploads your test audio to an encrypted, temporary Google Cloud Storage bucket solely for diagnostic purposes. We guarantee that your private test files are never used to train any public AI models.
